A small dog padded through the busy town. It seemed he was floating on human's feet. He let a growl of annoyance. These people were treading all over him as though he wasn't there. So, lifting his head, the small black, tan and white dog ran through peoples legs, knocking them flying, tripping them up.

Letting out a howl of joy, Scrap leapt over two human hands that were trying the grab him and strangle him to death, and zoomed behind a tall building. Looking around, he saw nothing but a hedge infront of him.

So he leapt up onto a stone nearly as high as the hedge, and leapt upwards. Scrap snapped open his beautiful vibrant red and blue wings, and beat them once, and he was flying. He loved the joy of being free, free, FREE! He spiraled up into the clouds, his fur flying out behind him.

Breeze was watching from a tree. "Wow," she said softly. "I've never seen a flying dog before!" She gave a hollow laugh. "But I'm sure most of them havent either," she said, sighing, looking down at the city streets. "Or a flying girl." She jumped into the air and glided down into the forest, running as fast as she could.

A whistle came from above. 'Breeze!' It was Aqua. 'Whatcha doing?' Steadily downstroking her white-silver streaked wings, she glided downwards to meet Breeze. Tucking her wings in tight, Aqua ran alongside her friend. 'Oh my god I found a really good way of taking off.' She said. 'I'll show you it sometime, if you want.'

"Hey!" Breeze said, smiling. "Guess what? I just saw a flying dog!"

'A what?' Aquamarine's eyes widened. 'A flying dog? I thought the whitecoats only made flying humans!' Her blue eyes flashed in a brilliant white light of a passing car. 'Ouch.' Aqua said covering her eyes. 'Lets fly, Breeze. I'm not exactly sure where we're going, but there's always a plan.' Without waiting for an answer, Aqua leapt into the air, unfurling her silvery wings, she downstroked, and flew upwards, as fast as she could, to avoid being spotted by humans.
